Quality Tool Company is a family owned, mid sized manufacturing company. We have 40,000 sq. ft. production facility and an 8,000 sq. ft. Tool Room. We build sheet metal stamping dies, Progressive dies, line dies, fixtures, Mold/plastic Pierce dies, as well as detail work. Our production equipment consist of mechanical presses that run up to 400 Tons, ABB Robotic Production MIG Welding Cell, A CNC Swiss Style Lathe for production turning, a spot/resistence welder, spin riveters, and tapping equipment. We material as thin as .012 and as thick as .313. We specialize in a process we developed in house that is a alternative to fine blanking, this processes has proven to be very cost effective. We are also one of very few companies that can stamp, machine and weld assemblies, all under one roof.
