This week Andy Knopp and our team are mentoring a student in Penta Career Center’s CAD program. It is important to our firm to help nurture a love for the Architectural profession from the very beginning.

Looking forward to seeing the students’ projects and proud to have two of our Architects, Julie Apt and Chris Mowen, mentoring for this program.
Students have turned in their designs and judging happens next week; that means our awards celebration is just around the corner. We're very excited to see what students have created! Make plans to join us on Tuesday, April 16 @ Handmade Toledo. Mingle with fellow participants, architects & program sponsors and cheer on the entries at the presentation of awards. Registration is required and closes on April 11. Big thanks to our Platinum Partners, Tri-County Block & Brick, Inc., Rudolph Libbe Group, and Kuhlman Corporation, for their continued support of AIAT and the HSDC!

Thank you Ohio State Representative Michele Grim, MPH, LP.D. for taking the time to meet with AIA Toledo Chapter representatives from AIA Ohio this week on Advocacy Day. Included is our very own Andy Knopp and Robert Siebenaller from SSOE Group.
I appreciated the opportunity to meet with Toledo representatives from AIA Ohio today to talk about how Ohio can expand historic tax credits and increase affordable housing.
